What Do You Need To Make Roti Chinese Bhel

  • 5 leftover chapatis
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 green chillis
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

Step-By-Step Recipe For Roti Chinese Bhel:

  1. Roll the rotis and cut into thin strips.
  2. Heat one tsp of oil and shallow fry the strips until they turn crispy.
  3. Heat one tsp of oil and add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  4. Next, add the vegetables and stir on high heat.
  5. Add the sauce one by one, followed by vinegar and salt.
  6. Finally, add the fried roti strips and give everything a good mix.
  7. Transfer to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
